How will my items be shipped?

Our dropshippers will select the best option to send out your products. You will automatically recieve an email whe your item(s) has shipped.

When will I receive my order?

Please see individual product page for shipping times but we try and average between 2 and 5 business days. We are working to speed up the process to better serve our customers.


What is the return policy?

Purchases can be returned within 15 days of original purchase and the product isn’t used or damaged. Sale items cannot be returned. Please contact us at info@valenser.com.

I would like to return a gift that was sent to me. How do I do that?

If the items is unopened please contact us at info@valenser.com. We will offer only exchanges for the correct size. Original purchaser should seek a return and refund.

Can I exchange my order instead of returning it?

How long does it take for me to get a refund?

Please allow for 7 – 10 business days after the item has been returned.

I am returning an item purchased with a Gift Certificate or Gift Card, how does that work?

We offer exchanges for the same item or an item of equal value. Refunds are not allowed.

Am I able to return through USPS?

We highly encourage you to return items using the lowest cost provider.

What are the return shipping options?

We will refund the return shipping charges. Please include a receipt of your shipping costs. We do not reimburse for expedited return shipping.


How will my taxes be calculated?

Taxes are automatically calculated at checkout.

What is dropshipping?

A dropshipping business is one where the business owner lists, but doesn’t own, keep, or ship inventory. When the store sells a product, it purchases the item from a third party--usually a manufacturer or wholsesaler--who then ships it to the customer directly. This means there are no upfront inventory costs for the business owner.

We do not currently offer backorders.

The item I want is out of stock. What do I do now?

An out of stock item should have a notify option on the product page. Otherwise, please send us and email at info@valenser.com. We will notify you when the item is available.

What can cause my order to be delayed?

Many of our products are ready for shipment within 2 -4 days. Supplier inventories and order volumes may cause minor delays.
